Jessica Dareneau graduated from
Flagler College and received her law degree, cum laude,
from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, she served as a law clerk with the Honorable Rex Barbas
of the 13th Judicial Circuit. She served as student editor of the AARP’s Journal on International Aging,
Law and Policy, was a member of Phi Alpha Phi, and received book awards in Employment Law and Contract Law.
Ms. Dareneau is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court
for the Middle District of Florida. Her memberships include the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar, and
the Hillsborough County Bar Association (Young Lawyers Division Professionalism and Ethics Committee), and the
Florida Defense Lawyers Association. Ms. Dareneau is also actively involved in charitable activities in the community,
including Bay Area Legal Services and the Ronald McDonald House Red Shoe Council, serving as Chair of the Events Group.
