Jody Valdes graduated,
cum laude, from the University of Florida and
received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law. His memberships include the Florida Bar,
the American Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association,
and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Valdes is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts
and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He serves on the 13th Judicial
Circuit Grievance Committee and previously served as Chairman. His practice areas include products
liability, personal injury, general casualty, and commercial litigation matters. Mr. Valdes
