Marshall Schaap attended the
University of Florida on a football scholarship and later transferred to the University of Wyoming, where he completed
his athletic career and received his undergraduate degree. He received his law degree from Stetson University College of
Law. Mr. Schaap is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the
Middle District of Florida. His memberships include the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar (Construction Law Committee),
the Hillsborough County Bar Association (Construction Law Section), the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, and
Associated Builders and Contractors.
