Jonathan Roberts

Associate Attorney Jonathan Roberts was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and raised in Clearwater, Florida.  Jonathan earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. He completed law school through Stetson’s part-time program while working full-time as a claims adjuster handling bodily injury and Personal Injury Protection Claims for one of the largest insurance carriers in the country.

He later began his legal career defending insurance companies in injury and property damage litigation. His experience representing both defendants and plaintiffs enables him to anticipate opposing strategies and develop effective legal solutions for his clients.

Jonathan is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Florida. He resides in Clearwater with his wife and their dog, Theo.
